The extraordinary General Meeting of the Participants of MilliKart LLC was held on June 12, 2018 under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OJSC "Rabitabank" Zakir Nuriyev.

The agenda of the meeting included discussions on the development strategy of “MilliKart” LLC for the years 2019-2021, discussions and approval of the audit report prepared by the Auditing Committee for the year 2017, revision of the composition of the Board of Directors, attracting of new Participants (shareholders) to “MilliKart” and other issues.

Number of decisions were accepted for development strategy of “MilliKart” for the years 2019-2021, an audit report prepared by the Auditing Committee for the year 2017 was approved, new composition of the Board of Directors was approved, Chairman of the Executive Board of OJSC "Azerbaijan Industrial Bank" Dogan Tandogan was elected the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, number of decisions were accepted for attracting of new participants (shareholders) to “MilliKart” and others.

"MilliKart" provides card processing services to financial institutions operating since 2005. Currently, MilliKart provides number of services to the banks, “Azerpost” LLC, Non-bank Credit Organizations, investing, insurance and other companies.
